The Illini Union Campus Vending Office oversees all the approval and administration of Food Truck Permits on the University of Illinois campus. All Mobile Food Vendors seeking to operate on university premises must maintain a current health permit through the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD), purchase a permit from the Illini Union Campus Vending Office, and enter into a Mobile Food Vendor Agreement with the university. Mobile Food Vendors who fail to comply with this policy or procedures may be asked to leave university premises and surrender their campus permit.

NOTE: ALL permit requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to any proposed event. Final approval will be given by the Campus Vending office no later than three (3) days prior to the proposed event.
